"Why are you doing this again?"

"Why are you doing this again?" P. 52 Julie&Julia, Julie Powell

Yes, the question is, why am I starting over another blog, when I could not keep up with my previous ones. Well, just to try again. This blog will be dedicated to culture, cuisine, travels, and humanity in humankind, or something similar if exists.

So, let's get started.

I guess I will start talking about something I know little something about and somewhat passionate about...Mmm, food, books, music, social networks???
Nah...Let's talk about hospitality.
Coming from the region where hospitality is a must, is a main feature of a nation, nations that grow in collectivism, I can hardly define what exactly hospitality is. But I will give a try.
Hospitality for me is openmindness, in the first place. It is also openheartness, if I can say so. And I hope that in only few cases it is a desire of favours' exchange. Well, if one seeks some favours, then it is not hospitality. It is a distorted attitude of the corrupt human nature. The borderline is hard to define. Still, for many aspects, Uzbek culture is one of the most hospitable on this planet. People are curious of foreigners, people invite strangers to their houses and divide with them even the very little they have themselves. I am proud to be born in that culture. My very native Kultur - Multur!
